Strategic Planning

Bullet Journal

We understand that “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” are important and valuable concepts. We also understand that these ideas are insufficient on their own to generate substantive and comprehensive racial equity. We will help support a planning process that includes:

  • Moving beyond a limited “DEI” analysis

  • Addressing “Value Fracturing” that places employees at odds

  • Clearly establishing a vision, values, and commitments that center Anti-Racism

  • Building a collaborative plan for the first 100 days of the initiative

  • Developing project management documents and a logic model for Anti-Racism

Racial Healing Training

Our signature training is designed to develop a critical framework in better understanding race, racism and the ways in which these concepts influence our current context. Participants of this training will:

  • Develop a historical analysis of race and racism in the United States

  • Conduct an analysis of structural racism, policies, and legislation

  • Review data and evidence of racial disparities across different systems

  • Explore power dynamics as it relates to sustaining racial inequity

  • Make commitments to transforming racialized outcomes in their organization

Anti-Racism Organizational Change

Business Meeting

We work to support organizations in implementing a meaningful and sustainable effort to become an Anti-Racist Organization and to adopt the associated characteristics. This includes:

  • Conducting an organizational assessment

  • Helping you use data to identify and set goals to eliminate racial inequities

  • Helping to build infrastructure and capacity to implement and sustain change

  • Determine relevant metrics and inflection points to measure success
