BRIDGING THE RACIAL DIVIDE

The Racial Healing Project is dedicated to helping groups, businesses, and organizations: identify, contextualize, and resolve inequitable outcomes rooted in our history and based on harmful beliefs about race that divide and diminish all of us. We offer training, organizational consultation, strategic action planning, and other comprehensive services to help you move the needle on achieving meaningful equity. We will help you promote a paradigm that humanizes and liberates all of us rooted in rejecting racism and white supremacy.

"This Racial Healing session was excellent. Trainers were superb, sharing expertise in a positive, uplifting, non-judgmental way.The training was a critical step in our efforts to promote an inclusive environment and to ensure those we serve and employ are valued, accepted, respected and treated equitably."

WHO WE ARE

We believe that America can only move forward when we have had courageous and honest dialogue about race as a social construct that has harmfully shaped our history and context. Although there exists a daunting reality of unfair outcomes in our country based on race, we believe that there are numerous powerful opportunities for us to face our greatest challenge equipped with the proper knowledge, tools, and commitment. In doing so, organizations can position themselves to effectively address inter-sectional forms of oppression that include race, gender, sexual orientation, ability status, etc.
